The Medical Web Services provides a number of forms and tools to assist in the development of a website. These include the following:

Form / Tool Description
Physician Profiles for UHealth System

The Physician Profile update tool manages the profile information displayed on the UHealth System Website for Clinical and Research Faculty Members.
Web Content Management System Access Form This form is used to request access to the Web Content Management System (CMS), for the purpose of updating and/or managing designated web sites hosted by Medical Web Services.
Web Content Management System Tutorial This tutorial is an introduction to the Ingeniux Content Management System.
Secure Web Access Request Form This form is used to request access to one of the Web Development secure web access programs. For example; an events calendar, faculty database, news posting or email newsletter.
General Release and Consent for Auditory and/or Visual Reproduction Form This form is used to obtain a release and consent for auditory and/or visual reproduction for the web.
Web Technology Software Download A listing of some of the software and web browser plug-ins implemented to enhance the University of Miami School of Medicine sites. Most of the software listed is freely available for download.
Website Development Work Chart The Website Development Work Chart is a timetable sheet that assists in organizing a timeline of goals, events and other tasks related to development of a website.

Non-Web Tools Description
PowerPoint Presentation Templates The approved set of Microsoft® PowerPoint templates suitable for use in presentations portraying the University of Miami School of Medicine.
